Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy largely involves investigating unconscious forces and bringing awareness to entrenched patterns that dictate much of your behavior. Together, we will examine our relationship to monitor, become curious, and co-experience your internal reality. By simultaneously ‘living out’ out our relationship and examining it in real-time, we can work towards healing deep parts of you that have gone unacknowledged. While therapy involves examining beliefs and thoughts, my approach is way more body-centered than mind-centered, as we as human beings largely experience emotions in our body.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is an evidence-based effective treatment for trauma and other disturbing life experiences. It does not involve extensive talking or homework, but rather facilitates the brain’s natural ability to heal distressing emotions, thoughts, and perceptions.
